SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Fakhira Attire. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If you need to get in touch please email us at fakhiraattire@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns & Refunds policy:
You are entitled to ONLY exchange your order no later than 7 days from the date you received the goods.
Fakhira Attire does not reimburse the means the products were bought for it will only reimburse with another product which will be selected by the customer AS IT ONLY DOES EXCHANGE AND NO REFUND.
In order to exercise your right of exchange, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
You can inform us of your decision by e-mail fakhiraattire@gmail.com which then will be processed by one of our team members.
We will exchange you no later than 15 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. Customer is responsible for handling the means needed to return the goods.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 7 days
Customer is responsible for handling the means needed to return the goods
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the address which will be provided to you within 2-3 working days by fakhiraattire@gmail.com
YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT THE EMAIL STATED ABOVE IN ORDER FOR THE ADDRESS TO BE PROVIDED.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
